This robotic welding system utilizes a large ferris wheel positioner and dual robots to weld large industrial products. The tooling is designed to accommodate a variety of product sizes and lengths. The tooling also incorporated a cooling system to decrease distortion during the welding process. This system increases efficiency, quality, and throughput while allowing welders to work on more preferred tasks.
